The Experience
Departure times vary by tour and season. Full-day tours typically depart at 9:30–10:00 AM. Half-day tours offer morning (9:00 AM) or afternoon (1:30 PM) slots. Sunset tours depart around 5:30–6:00 PM. Exact times are confirmed at booking.
Sunscreen (reef-safe preferred), a hat, sunglasses, a light cover-up, and your swimsuit. Towels, snorkeling gear, and a cooler with water are provided on board. We recommend bringing a waterproof phone pouch.
Most of our boats have an onboard bathroom (marine toilet). Smaller traditional gozzi may not, but your captain will make regular comfort stops at ports or beach clubs along the route.
Yes! On full-day tours, you can stop at a seaside restaurant (Nerano is a favorite) or bring your own food. Some boats offer optional catering packages that can be arranged at booking.
Tips are not included in the price and are never expected, but always appreciated. If your captain made your day special, a tip of 10–15% is a kind gesture in line with local custom.
Safety is our top priority. If conditions are unsafe, you'll be notified by 8 AM on the day of your tour. You'll receive a full refund or can reschedule for free. Light rain or mild wind usually doesn't cancel a trip — your captain will adjust the route if needed.

We understand travel disruptions happen. Contact us as soon as possible with your airline confirmation, and we'll do our best to reschedule or issue a refund — even outside the standard cancellation window.
