Our Services

The Charter Pro acts as an agency connecting travelers with independent boat operators along the Amalfi Coast and Gulf of Naples. We facilitate bookings, process payments, and provide customer support. The actual boat tour is provided by the independent operator ("Captain" or "Operator").

Booking and Payment

• All bookings are confirmed upon successful payment processing.
• Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include all standard inclusions listed on the tour page.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of booking.
• You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details and voucher.
• You are responsible for providing accurate booking information (dates, passenger count, contact details).

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation terms vary by boat and operator. The specific cancellation policy applicable to your booking is displayed at checkout, before payment, and included in your confirmation email.

• Weather cancellation (captain's decision): 100% refund or free reschedule.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Limitation of Liability

The Charter Pro acts as an intermediary. The boat tour is provided by independent operators who hold their own maritime licenses and insurance. While we vet every operator, we are not liable for acts, omissions, or negligence of the operator or crew during the tour.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the booking in question.

Safety and Conduct

• Passengers must follow the captain's safety instructions at all times.
• The captain has final authority on weather-related decisions and route changes.
• Passengers under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol may be denied boarding without refund.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA
